Blood glucose testing must be so gentle for people with diabetes, even children, that blood sampling involves no more than just a slight prickly sensation.

Accu-Chek lancing devices help to achieve this by combining several distinctive features, one of which is our patented dual-guided lancet technology: Clixmotion.

Clixmotion is the principle of dual-guided lancet motion, meaning that both the forward and return motion of the lancet is precisely controlled, without vibrations and oscillations. This special motion is the key to gentle blood sampling. The lancet penetrates the skin with an extremely fast linear motion, designed to avoid all lateral movement and to prevent unnecessary skin damage.
